**Please note that the standard preparation fee may be reduced based on the jurisdiction you are filing. All fees are pursuant to the guidelines specified under Bankruptcy Code 11 USC 110 as well as local rules.

Our Immigration Forms Specialist provides assistance with completing immigration forms and prepare packages for submission to USCIS.
We prepare all documents required in order to adjust immigration status and obtain your green card.
Wills and Power of Attorney

We will draft your document based on the information that you provide in the questionnaire provided to you.
Custody/Child Support Modification

We will draft the forms that you need in order to request a Modification for an order already in place.

**These services are provided with a monthly flat fee subscription - We can adjust the level of support that your firm requires in order to fit your needs. The fee includes unlimited support up to 10 cases per month. If you need additional cases managed, we will customize a plan for you.

Prepare any Motions required to dispute POC's
Correspondence with Trustee to get plan confirmed
**We will provide case management services from retainer to discharge. We will follow all Chapter 13 cases for payments, complete employer/payroll deduction documents and inform client's if their payments are delinquent
**We will also request annual tax return to submit to the Trustee and file any Motion to Retain funds as needed
**We also provide the same services as listed above for Chapter 7 bankruptcy - Fee is $200/case
